Submission Fee: A submission fee of $70 (for AFA members) or $140 (for non-members) to help defray editorial costs must be paid via a bank credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) at the time of submission.

Return/Refund Policy: The submission fee will be refunded if the editorial decision on a submission is rendered more than 100 days after the receipt of the submission by the editorial office. This policy applies only to a manuscript's first submission, however.
