The Gruter Institute Working Papers on Law and Evolutionary Biology circulates ideas before a document is ready for submission to a refereed journal. Submitted working papers are screened for suitability but not reviewed We ordinarily accept for publication in these working papers submissions from members of the Gruter Institute. Submissions from others are welcome and they will be screened for quality.
